We have established the following Policy

To maintain the highest level of service and fairness to all clients and staff, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation, as it significantly impacts business operations, your consideration is greatly appreciated.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring changes to your appointment. Please be advised that any,

-CANCELLATION
– RESCHEDULING
-SERVICE CHANGES TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT,

Must be made prior to 24hrs notice, failure to do so will result in a service fee.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

– A booking deposit is required for all appointments over $100.
– The deposit is calculated at 20% of the services booked.
– The booking deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
– The 20% deposit will be non refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours or rescheduled more than two times.

REMINDER SERVICE/ APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

– 48 hours prior to your appointment time, you will receive an automated SMS confirmation request. Please respond with a “Y” or “N” to confirm or cancel your appointment. response prior to 24 hrs to your appointment time.
– Abbey Hair reserves the rights to Cancel any unconfirmed/no response, within 24hrs of your appointment time.

– In the event of a cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice no cancellation fee will be charged and your booking deposit will be applied to your next appointment.

NO-SHOW

– A ‘no-show’ occurs when a client fails to arrive or confirm their scheduled appointment without prior notification.
– In the event of a no-show your booking deposit will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL TIME

  • ●  Late arrivals greater than 10 Minutes are classified as a NO-SHOW, unless a manual service is suitable in the remaining time frame.

  • ●  A full-service fee will be applied to the original service booked in.

  • ●  Please arrive on time for your appointment, allowing time for travel & parking.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We prioritise the well-being and safety of our clients and staff.

  • ●  Please stay home and reschedule – if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a

    contagious illness.

  • ●  If you arrive showing symptoms of illness, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment to

    protect the health and safety of others.

  • ●  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour.

    PERSONAL ITEMS / CHILDREN

  • ●  For the safety and comfort of all parties, we kindly ask that all children are always accompanied by adults, and carefully monitored.

  • ●  Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client.

  • ●  Damages to salon property will incur a cost to the client.
